RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*Disclaimer*

Please note: All wheels are inspected upon return. Any wheel that has had a tire mounted, a valve stem installed, or is returned without the proper packaging resulting in damage is subject to a restocking fee up to 100% of the total price of the wheel. Used wheels cannot be returned. If fitment is not confirmed with Performance Discounters prior to ordering wheels, the buyer is responsible for the restocking fee. Wheels must be in original packaging.

STARTING A RETURN

To start a return, email name and order number to sales@performancediscounters.com.  Return shipping label(s) will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.  Customer is responsible for taking products to the FedEx shipping location.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@performancediscounters.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@performancediscounters.com and we will help you with next steps.  Item will need to returned for a refund and, a new order will need placed. 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3650 E Kemper Rd Cincinnati Ohio US 45241.
We will provide you Free FedEx shipping labels for all returns.  Customer is responsible for taking the products to your local FedEx shipping location.
If item(s) is used, damaged, or not in original package we do not guarantee the refund.  If items are used are damaged customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the item back to their location.
